We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions about your specific situation. FDCPA findings shown are potential violations detected by automated analysis — they are not confirmed legal conclusions. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.

You are responsible for reviewing all documents before sending them. You are representing yourself in any matter related to your use of this service. 6. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents document delivery, contact support@debtdefend.ai within 7 days.

We collect the information you provide to generate your documents. We do not sell your personal information. We store your scan history and generated letters in your account for your reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
DebtDefend is not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of documents generated by this service. Use is at your own discretion.
